Hjertebanken, kolde fingre, tankemylder, irritation, magtesl\u00f8shed, angst, forstyrret ford\u00f8jelse, katastrofetanker om eksamen. D\u00e5rligere pr\u00e6stationer, udeblivelse og overspringshandlinger. Dette er blot nogle af symptomerne ved eksamensangst, s\u00e5 hvis du oplever nogle af dem i eksamenssituationen eller i opl\u00e6sningen til eksamen, har du nok en grad af eksamensangst. Nerv\u00f8sitet i forbindelse med eksamen kan v\u00e6re en fordel, fordi det g\u00f8r dig mere klar og fokuseret. Tager nerv\u00f8siteten over og bliver til angst, kan det dog have konsekvenser for din eksamen og dit studie, og skal tages seri\u00f8st. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
